He is known for his attention to detail, effective communication, exceptional legal writing ability, negotiation skills, and love for complex or novel issues.  He has extensive experience building positive relationships with corporate and individual clients and creating dynamic solutions to complex issues.

Prior to opening Champion Law, Zach gained extensive experience working for two nationally recognized firms in the South and Mid-Atlantic regions, where he represented corporate clients in thousands of bankruptcy, eviction, and foreclosure cases; represented individuals in various real-estate matters; represented the U.S. Government in title insurance claims; and supervised real estate transactions in multiple states as a licensed title insurance producer.  Zach has served as a consultant to the Maryland Attorney General's Office and the Maryland Real Estate Commission on novel real estate issues.  He actively holds a Maryland Real Estate Broker's License.

In law school, he was an editor on the Journal of Legal Profession, which is a grade-on journal for the top 25% of first-year students. He also participated in the Civil Law Clinic, worked part-time for a local firm, and clerked for a Presiding Circuit Court Judge and the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.

Zach resides in Harford County with his wife and three children.  His greatest calling is serving others.  He is very active in the local community, including community service projects and serving as a deacon at Calvary Baptist Church, where he plays the acoustic guitar on the worship team and leads small groups for young men and young families.  He is an avid Alabama football fan and enjoys camping, spending time with his family, and renovating properties.
